Majors in viticulture and enology study grape growing (viticulture) and wine making (enology) along with a dose of statistical analysis.
Minor
The interdisciplinary minor in war-peace studies examines the causes and dynamics of intra- and international wars and efforts to prevent and settle such conflicts.
Minor
The minor in watershed science is intended for environmental, natural or social science students who have an interest in the interfaces between hydrology, ecology, policy and management.
