"Crossing the Broken Bridge," a play that examines stereotypes, racism and anti-Semitism, opens to audiences on campus 8 p.m. Oct. 19 and 20 in UC Davis' Main Theatre. The two performers in this program, Naomi Newman of A Traveling Jewish Theatre and John O'Neal of Junebug productions, will work with local community groups in workshops, discussions and lecture-demonstrations prior to their performances. Media are invited to attend these activities and film, photograph or interview the actors as they interact with local community groups.
