UC Davis animal science professor Gary Anderson recently received the 1995 Excellence in College and University Teaching Award, sponsored by the U.S. Department of Agriculture and the National Association of State Universities and Land-Grant Colleges. Anderson received one of 10 regional awards and $2,000 to be used to improve his teaching.
