James Seiber, professor of environmental toxicology and associate dean for research in the UC Davis College of Agricultural and Environmental Sciences, has been selected to serve on the National Research Council's Committee on Risk Assessment of Hazardous Air Pollutants. The committee will review the methods used by the Environmental Protection Agency to determine human health risks from air pollutants and will offer recommendations for improving procedures.
