Clay Ballard, UC Davis director for Services for International Students and Scholars, has been elected to the board of directors of the National Association of Foreign Student Affairs' Association of International Educators. One of his goals as a member of the board for the 7,200-member organization will be to help universities bridge the gap between international issues and issues raised by ethnic constituency groups on campus.
