-- UC Davis extension poultry specialist Donald Bell in the Department of Animal Science has been elected Fellow of the Poultry Science Association in recognition of his internationally known research in cage layer management, flock recycling, beak trimming, egg quality and egg marketing, as well as for his service to the industry. The honorary title was bestowed upon only two U.S. citizens this year. He has served as a UC poultry advisor and specialist for 41 years.
