Helge Olsen, a senior lecturer in environmental design, recently received the Magnar Ronning Teaching Excellence Award for the colleges of Agricultural and Environmental Sciences, Engineering, and Letters and Science at the University of California, Davis. This is the only award whose candidates are both nominated and selected by students throughout the UC system.
