The American Center for Wine, Food and the Arts has named Gina Kelsch, associate vice chancellor for university relations at UC Davis, to its board of directors. The center is the brainchild of vintner Robert Mondavi, who plans to develop a new form of museum in the Napa Valley. The board will raise funds for this multidisciplinary, visual and sensory exploration of living cultural history.
