-- The Groundwater Resources Association of California has presented its Tribute of Appreciation Award to Professor Graham Fogg and Assistant Cooperative Extension Specialist Thomas Harter, both of the UC Davis Department of Land, Air and Water Resources. The two were honored for short courses in groundwater hydrology they organized with the association over the past two years. Short courses are geared toward a relatively broad audience of consultants, regulatory agency personnel at federal, state and local levels, and engineers and managers of water and irrigation districts.
