April 15, Tuesday -- Ginger Graham, adviser to the president of Guidant Corporation, will discussion "Lessons in Leadership" at UC Davis. With more than 10,000 employees, Guidant develops, manufactures and markets products and services for treatment of cardiac and vascular disease. Graham is involved in strategic issues including the development of business collaborations, employee recruitment and development, and women's health initiatives. Graham, who started her career with Eli Lilly and Company, serves on the board of the California Healthcare Institute and two pharmaceutical companies. She also is a member of the Harvard Business School Health Advisory Board. Graham's presentation is part of the Dean's Distinguished Speaker Series of the Graduate School of Management.
