-- UC Davis associate professor Heath Schenker of the Landscape Architecture Program is the guest curator of an upcoming exhibit called Picturing California's Other Landscape: The Great Central Valley, to be held at the Haggin Museum in Stockton, Oct. 17-Jan. 2. The exhibit shows 150 years of photos, maps, commercial images, paintings and drawings of the Central Valley. Schenker is also the editor of a book with the same title as the exhibit, published by Heyday Books (Berkeley) in conjunction with the exhibit.
