Pamela Bone, landscape horticulturist and master gardener program coordinator for UC Cooperative Extension in Sacramento County, was honored by the Pesticide Applicators Professional Association as its "1996 Educator of the Year." Association members selected her for her work over the past year in increasing their professionalism as pesticide applicators.
