UC Davis management professor David Rocke, along with co-author Stefan Lorenzato of the California State Water Resources Control Board, received the 1997 Statistics in Chemistry Award from the American Statistical Association. Besides the graduate school of management, Rocke is also affiliated with the department of epidemiology and preventive medicine, and is the co-director of the Center for Image Processing and Integrated Computing in the School of Engineering.
