-- John Linder, a social worker in the UC Davis Medical Center Department of Internal Medicine, has been awarded a Social Work Leadership Development Award from the Project on Death in America to create a college curriculum for social workers and ministerial students on end-of-life issues. Linder is one of 15 social workers in the United States to have received the prestigious award, given annually to projects that promote the visibility of social workers involved in end-of-life care.
