-- The California Association of School Psychologists' most prestigious award has been conferred on Jonathan Sandoval, interim director of the UC Davis Division of Education. The Sandra Goff Memorial Award, instituted to honor an early pioneer of the California Association of School Psychologists, recognizes Sandoval's service to the profession of school psychology throughout California and the nation. He was cited for his contributions to research on hyperactivity, nonpromotion and crisis intervention. He was also praised for his role as teacher at UC Davis of a distinguished group of practicing school psychologists, and for his service to the association and other professional organizations.
