Water-law expert and UC Davis law professor Harrison Dunning has been named to the Bay-Delta Advisory Council, a joint federal and state advisory group. The council will advise federal and state water and resource policy officials on developing long-term solutions to problems in the Bay-Delta Estuary posed by multiple environmental, economic and water-supply interests.
