May 23-June 21 -- Former U.S. Surgeon General Joycelyn Elders, to speak on "Health Care in the 21st Century" at the UC Davis School of Medicine's commencement, will be among the featured speakers at the university's 10 ceremonies beginning Saturday, May 23.
