Michael Reid, associate dean for environmental and resource sciences and policy in the UC Davis College of Agricultural and Environmental Sciences, is the recipient of the Alex Laurie Award from the Ohio Florists' Association. Reid, also a professor of environmental horticulture, was honored as the author of the most outstanding floriculture research paper published in Journal of the American Society for Horticulture Science this past year.
