-- Environmental Design Research Association members recently elected Patsy Eubanks Owens, an environmental design assistant professor at UC Davis, to a three-year term on its board of directors. Owens is an assistant professor in the environmental design department's landscape architecture program. The association, the largest of its kind in North America, is an international, interdisciplinary organization dedicated to improving the quality of human environments through research-based design. Members include social and behavioral scientists, educators, facility managers and design professionals.
