-- The state Legislature recently recognized Paul Siri, associate director of the UC Davis Bodega Marine Laboratory, for his outstanding commitment to marine research and preservation of fisheries for the past 20 years. The recognition came at the 28th annual Fisheries Forum, sponsored by the Legislature's Joint Committee on Fisheries and Aquaculture. Siri is the first university representative to be presented with the special recognition award since the Fisheries Forum began in 1973.
