* Oct. 17, Saturday -- About 2,000 prospective students and their parents as well as school counselors are expected to explore UC Davis on Preview Day, beginning at 9:15 a.m. on the Quad. They will be able to meet with representatives from academic colleges 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. and to attend afternoon sessions on admission for high school and transfer students, financial aid, student housing, advising services, academic enrichment opportunities and student activities.
