Dennis Rolston, director of the Center for Ecological Health Research and professor and chair of the UC Davis Department of Land, Air and Water Resources, has been awarded a McMaster Fellowship. Created in Australia by the Sir Frederick McMaster Bequest Trust Fund, the fellowship supports distinguished overseas scientists selected to work for a period in the Commonwealth Science and Industrial Research Organization in furthering research in veterinary science or agriculture. Rolston has a distinguished research career covering a wide range of aspects of the transport and transformation of water, salt, nutrients, contaminants and gases in soil.
