Floyd Bloom, chair of neuropharmacology at The Scripps Research Institute in La Jolla and editor-in-chief of the journal Science, will present two public lectures next week at the University of California, Davis, as part of the Storer Life Sciences Lectures. On Monday, April 20, his topic will be "Knowing about knowing about the brain." On Wednesday, April 22, his topic will be "AIDS and the brain." Both lectures will be held at 4:10 p.m. on the Davis campus at the Medical Science Complex in Building C, Room 180.
