Extension Poultry Specialists Ralph Ernst and John Voris, who work in the UC Davis Department of Animal Science, were presented a special award for outstanding service to the poultry industry at the annual convention of the California Poultry Industry Federation. They were recognized for contributions in creating animal-production food-safety programs for California poultry, gamebird and squab producers.
