Participate in the 26th annual La Raza Cultural Days celebration at UC Davis. The festivities start on Monday, May 1, and continue through Saturday, May 6, on the Quad and in the Memorial Union on the campus. Live music, Aztec dancers and mariachi bands will provide the entertainment. Other La Raza days activities include lectures, a health fair and a family festival with a car exhibit and traditional foods. The "tardeada" family festival will be held on Saturday May 6; it will feature a Caribbean band, mariachi music, folkoric dancing and will end with an evening of performing arts.
