The University of California, Davis, Memorial Union Art Gallery will be vacating its space on campus for two years while the Memorial Union building undergoes seismic renovation. No alternative space exists on campus for the gallery. "We intend to stay visible and will continue to be a force on the art scene by offering gallery space through alternate means," says Maggie Redmon, gallery spokeswoman.
