Pat Gutierrez, formerly an employee relations specialist in personnel services, has been appointed as the manager of the Student Employment Center at UC Davis. Gutierrez brings 23 years of management experience and an extensive knowledge of university policies and procedures in contract administration and federal regulations, according to Ron Johnson, director of financial aid.
