Retired UC Davis vice chancellor for university relations Richard Matheny was recently awarded the prestigious Louise L. and Y.T. Lum Award by the Right of Way International Education Foundation, for his numerous contributions over the past 25 years. The non-profit foundation raises, manages and provides funds for research, awards and scholarship programs sponsored by the International Right of Way Association, an affiliated nonprofit organization for professionals active in real estate for public agencies and investor-owned companies.
