Mitchell Sutter, a UC Davis assistant professor of neuroscience, is one of 100 young scientists and economists to receive Sloan Research Fellowships. The $30,000, two-year grant will allow Sutter to pursue a flexible pursuit of inquiry, considered of great value to young scientists at a pivotal stage in establishing an independent research project.
