Student adviser Beth Shaw from Services for International Students and Scholars at UC Davis is one of seven international education professionals chosen nationwide to participate in a program sponsored by the National Association for Foreign Student Affairs: Association of International Educators and the U.S. Information Agency. She spent three weeks in May working with Pakistan colleagues in U.S. educational advising centers and learning about her host country's educational system and culture as well as conducting programs and workshops.
