Ted Hullar, professor of environmental toxicology, has been appointed co-chair of the U.S. Department of Agriculture's Research Facilities Review Committee. The committee will recommend the process and criteria for a review of all USDA facilities. Its recommendations will guide an anticipated subsequent study of the facilities' future use, expected to result in a 10-year strategic plan for utilization, development, construction, consolidation and/or closure of these federal facilities.
