Charles Plopper, professor in the UC Davis School of Veterinary Medicine's Department of Anatomy, Physiology and Cell Biology, has been named the 1994-95 Norden Outstanding Teacher for his ability, dedication, character and leadership that contribute signficantly to the advancement of the profession of veterinary medicine.
