Anthony Stannard, chair of the medicine and epidemiology in the UC Davis School of Veterinary Medicine, has received the 1994 Norden Distinguished Teacher Award, which recognizes outstanding teachers who advance the profession by inspiring students to high levels of achievement and professionalism. Stannard was specifically cited for developing innovative and effective curricular offerings and contributing to teaching and training in veterinary dermatology.
