Linda Bisson, chair of the Department of Viticulture and Enology at the University of California, Davis, has been selected as the Les Dames d'Escoffier M.F.K. Fisher Scholar for 1992. The award, given by the international association of professional women, recognizes women in mid-career for excellence in the fields of food or beverages.
