Our Degrees

We offer the climate science and policy minor to provide students from across campus with a basic background in climate change science as well as mitigation and adaptation strategies.

Are you interested in environmental toxins, their environmental fate and regulation, and their impacts on humans and other species?

Do you know where your next meal is coming from? Whatever you choose, it was probably grown, processed, delivered and prepared using techniques developed by food scientists and technologists.

Students interested in forensic science and/or legal careers will benefit from this minor.

Global disease biology allows students to study disease and its relationship to the health of people, animals, plants and the environment in a global context.

Are you interested in the ways that biology and the environment affect how people change, from birth through adulthood?

The minor in hydrology is designed for environmental or natural science students who have an interest in water and environmental issues.

Are you interested in the ways that culture, economics and technology affect agriculture?
