Gunrock Express Provides On-Campus Shipping

Personal mail and shipping are now available on campus with the launch of Gunrock Express. 

Located on the back side of the Scientific Store at 650 La Rue Road, Gunrock Express opened in November to provide personal mailing and shipping services to staff, faculty and students. 

Gunrock Express offers:

  • Discounted package services with FedEx and UPS
  • USPS shipping and postal stamp sales
  • Packaging (boxes, envelopes) for express-level carrier service
  • Drop-off shipping for packages that are already labeled and have postage

The goal, said UC Davis Logistics Director Jen Carmichael, is to “provide the UC Davis community with an on-campus solution for shipping packages at a discounted rate.”

Gunrock Express is open Monday through Friday, from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m., excluding UC Davis holidays.
